AI Usage Policy

Economy.pk uses AI tools to help our newsroom discover stories, summarise official documents, draft text from verified sources and improve headlines and readability. AI never publishes on its own: every AI-assisted draft shows its sources and is reviewed by a human editor before publication. We do not use AI to generate images that could be mistaken for news photographs. Where AI has materially assisted a story we say so.
